Built a new battery tray and hold down. The one I replaced clamped down from the top allowed the battery to slide forward. It cracked the top and case of the battery. (Partly from some fairly violent slams on rockers and bumpers a couple of weeks ago at Katemcy Rocks! LOL) The new one grips at the bottom like newer cars do. It also raised the battery 1 1/2" for better clearance.

Welded in braces at the top of the door openings. Put in a brace across the bed behind the door openings. Cut into the inner rocker to see what was really going on and I think I can patch repair most of it without tearing all of it out. Also put in all new indicator LED lights except for the tail lights.
