Time for an update to keep this thread alive. I finally have 3 running driving Broncos - 73 & 6G are ready to go & the 66 needs some wiring, clutch adjustment, alignment & other small details to be ready for the road. I'll start a new thread for the 66 soon as the old one got archived. Yes that is a hole in the hood of the 66 & I do have a plan but I figure I would tease you with that to get your attention - More coming in a different thread.....

Out for an evening cruise & stopped by a park a mile from the house & they had a party going. Food trucks, Band, kids games & other stuff. No parking near the event so I parked in the road & snapped a couple pics.

Great pics! Started me thinking, and imagining how your rig would look with the black top, but with white side panels! Interesting to see how a material that's close to Wimbledon White would match the upper body color.

I think I have too much time for my mind to wander... ;)

From 1989 to about 2006 I had a white Kayline top & I always wondered if a good upholstery shop could make a top with just a black top & white sides. But in 2023 I went with the Rampage because it was I'm sure cheaper than a custom 2 tone top.

Now you’re talking! If they could make the top panel in “Baja” blue, and the side panels in Wimbledon white, you’d have an even cooler looking Bronco than you have now!
