Well, the washer is on the pin, I know that. But like I said I never even removed the left side bearing nut and the outer part of the lockout is not flush against the wheel hub. Guess I will be tearing it back down again.

I had a flooding problem like that. The float in carb was stuck open and fuel was washing the cylinder wall down. Rebuilt carb and problem stopped. But yes hold the accelerator to the floor and it WILL start.

Was reading a post and when I went to completeoffroad's site I saw the 3.91 gears. Is anyone running these. I know most people go with 4.11 or 4.56...is this a good middle of the road gear for both on and off highway usage? What would you put in the front?
