FWIW, we DO have our own bushings made. Injection molded, same manufacturer for about 30 years now. 7* we sell Daystar and are very happy with them as well. But agreed the bushings aren't the problem. The wedges are an identical copy of a 44 Wedge! For people putting them on a D60, we recommend...

The only thing I have to add would be to make sure you have the little injection nipples trimmed out of the inside of the bushings. That will make it to where the bushing will not seat down completely. Suzy
