I basically did something similar. I moved the brake pedal to the clutch position. The arm is curved to wrap around the steering column. I flipped the pedal arm over so it wraps the other way. Then I cut the pedal off the arm and rotated it back to the correct position and welded it back...

From what I could tell, the stock torque convertor in the Bronco wasaround 1700 stall. When I rebuilt my original C4 I bumped it slightly to 1900 stall and liked it. I don't know much about proper selection but you may wish to take your cam into account when picking the stall. I'm sure others...

I have the same tire, brakes and experience. It is a bit tough to steer on pavement when aired down (3-4 psi) but otherwise no real complaints. Its on my list to try the superduty pump upgrade but my to-do list is long...

Can't help with brand new bolts but I do have a surplus of most bolts in "used condition"... the exception would be the 3 1/4" water pump bolts. always short as they tend to break... Take care, Don
