So I’ve almost completed my Explorer swap. I’m running the stock fuel pump. Do I need to install the tank pressure sensor as well or is that only an emissions things?

Pressure Sensor

Jalikek,

Pictures would be helpful. What sensor are you installing? Can't determine if you have a return system or returnless. Does the fuel rail have two fuel line connections?

Its for your EVAP system Its used when when OBD II runs the monitor to check for a leak in the system with out it it will set codes EFI guy and some programing can deal with that .

Thanks for the responses. It's a return system (2 fuel lines). The sensor is separate from the fuel pump (mounted on the top of the tank).

How do you guys handle venting the tank?

And to fit the Bronco, you'll need to relocate the battery mount!;);D%)
