Thanks! You made it easy for me ;D

I imagine that it would. I can send you a bracket for a test fit and you can return it if it doesn't work. No need to pay until you know if it works. Let me know

Let us know if it works with the wildhorse cable.

I will measure it tonight. I mocked it up over the weekend and it seems to work on the bracket, the spring might be too long as it wont sit straight when I pull tension on the cable to where I think it should be, but nothing that can't be worked. I will take some pictures tonight.

Can you give me a total length on the wh cable?

Ok, I measured the cable length, it is approximately 68 inches total, with the outer sheath being 38 inches.
Sorry this took me so long...

The photos show the return spring with the throttle at idle and wide open. I think it is a little weird how the spring bends but it seems to work just fine.

The bracket though seems to work just perfect!

Thanks for the pictures!!! Hopefully, this helps the few that would like to use an aftermarket cable.

WH cable is back ordered until mid December

I have a brand new Lokar that I’m not using. Not sure if it is the same as the WH, but I’m not using it.

I installed mine, fits perfectly! On a 98’ throttle body and 5.0. Stock Explorer cable outer, bicycle shifter cable inner.
