Prime

Finally prep all done for epoxy primer. Looks like Monday is a go.

Epoxy primer on floor boards and bed. What a mess. Glad this much is over. Next up seam seal and spot prime and then raptor line the inside with color match paint.

Cleaned up the minor runs I had (anal). Taped off for the seam sealer to be a little cleaner. Once all the seam sealer is down I'll spot prime those areas and than I'll hit the scuffed areas I sanded. Time consuming process. Should be done Wednesday.

Seam sealer all sealed up and epoxy primer completed. Next up is colored raptor liner in Midnight Blue Poly (S) code.

Here are the results of the Raptor Liner. I split it up into two sections. I wasn't sure how it would turn out spraying it all at once. Happy with results, fine texture I didn't want a heavy one. The color is a little light compared to the color in the can. Carpet will be over it anyways. (ranger) Just incase someone wants the info on how I sprayed it. I used a HVLP gun @29 psi with reducer.

On to the next addition of the build, which should be underbody.

Inner quarters epoxy primed. Next up: Raptor liner color matched to the body color. Code S

Undercarriage ready for primer. Than raptor liner will be the color of the undercarriage as pictured. Red/Brown oxide look. similar to the picture of the coffee can.

The undercarriage is epoxy primed and completed. Waiting on Raptor Liner. Should be able to spray the rear inner quarters and inner wheel wells plus the front inner wells and outside the fender aprons Saturday weather permitting. Moving right along!
