Red Line is going to be the point that the coolant starts boiling. Keep in mind though that an engine heat soaks after shutting it down which adds about 20 degrees to the temp. I.E. If it's already close to boiling then shutting it down will put it over it and rapidly build pressure. My coolant boils at about 260 so I avoid shutting it down if the temp is over 235. (If it is then it means I forgot to turn the fan back on after shutting it off) I try not to go above 230 though. 210 really isn't anything to be concerned with provided that it doesn't get much higher on the trails. I suspect that it might though.

As mentioned the Taurus fan is a puller. I like it because I can cool the engine down before I shut it down if I get it too hot. With a mechanical fan that doesn't work so well. Instead a mechanical fan will hit a certain point and then superheat. I.E. The only way to cool it is to either pour water over the radiator or shut it down. Personally I have never had any luck getting a pusher fan to do any good. It either made no change or made things worse by blocking more air.
