Sent member Dirtyboy a substantial amount of money for a part he had advertised in the classifieds, and he has failed to ship the part and no longer answers e-mails/pm's. Anyone in the Mass. area want to knock on his door before I file charges?

IMO the only two excuseable problems would be at the hospital in a coma or no longer breathing. I certainly hope it's neither but anything else just ain't right.

He sent a PM stating he had received my Money Order on DEC 21 and it would ship out the next day. Nothing. Sent a PM and received a reply on JAN 15 stating his aunt had died in CA and he had just returned home and would ship the Lightning intake on JAN 16 and would send me tracking info. Nothing. And he won't respond to any further PM's. $350 lost.
