He sent a PM stating he had received my Money Order on DEC 21 and it would ship out the next day. Nothing. Sent a PM and received a reply on JAN 15 stating his aunt had died in CA and he had just returned home and would ship the Lightning intake on JAN 16 and would send me tracking info. Nothing. And he won't respond to any further PM's. $350 lost.

Seems as you have proof enough from the email that you received that he has received funds. I think you should call the local police in his area and talk to the cheif and ask him if he can help you or call your chief and ask him if he will communicate with the chief in his area. Anouther option is talking to the state police in his area and send them a copy of his email to you. Hope you the best.

Yeah, but aren't the police going just tell you that it's a civil matter and to pursue a judgement against the guy??? I have the same thing going on right now in Pinehurst NC. I paid a jeep guy for a rock rack cooler holder, two jerry cans all to be shipped to my house. Email back up and everything.... Nothing. I could go down there and open up a 55 gal. drum of whip ass on him and then face a whole other set of problems.... If anyone is down in Pinehurst NC and knows of a Eric Ulfsax, watch out! Jeff

Update.

Called his cell phone. No answer. Left message. Asked for part or refund.

Called and spoke with Brewster Police Department. I didn't even have to leave an address for him--the officer I spoke with knew him by name. I know it is a civil matter, but professional courtesy still goes a long way......

Nov 13 I had gotten into a car accident which caused me to have lumbar 4-6 fused. That has taken all my vacation, comp and sick time up. December 26 my aunt died and I had to go out and settle her estate. A property in Dana Point California that my brother and I were going to recieve as settling her estate after her normal length of life, not to be killed unexpecdatly from a car accident. With her $40,000+/- worth of debt that my brother and I cannot settle the house and property was forclosed on, and lost. Using my last hope of Family sick time with permission from work they are sighting me for unecesary use of given time for this and my injury, not related to work. I lost my retirement home/money and might be losing my job, my back is fucked for life because of a 18yo girl who cant drive. And Im getting bashed over the internet about something that is a month late. Your money order took 1.5 weeks to clear. My family takes presidence over anything else, iam sorry. ADMIN remove me from this website, iam done. Wish you all the best. I shipped it 15 minutes ago. Ididnt put a confirmation sent request so there is no tracking number. It will be there. If this is as tough as your life gets sir and you go to this level, I cannot believe your a 'ranger', good luck.

I am sorry for your loss and personal issues, but I am only going off the last information you provided me. On January 15, you stated you had just cleared your aunt's estate and the intake was going out on January 16th with a tracking number. And then you did not return PM's or phone calls. No tracking number. It sucks the police had to call you, but you apparently needed some kind of motivation to get it shipped.

And a tracking number would be nice. I will follow up with Officer Mattick. Good luck to you.

With all due respect to dirtyboy, perhaps the internet bashing could have been avoided if a responce would have been astablished with the buyer to let him know your situation. Without a responce, how is the buyer supposed to know about everything that has happened. I do agree that family matters come first, however, a quick simple responce could have avoided this.
