9 days after I recieved your money, when it cleared from the bank is when the ball starts rolling. Now were at the 30th. Im in California, talking to lawyers heavily medicated. wasnt thinking about your intake. Checked my email and bullshit when I got back on Jan 13th, the 15th I contacted you. 16 days after your money cleared. Today is the 29th. Its just under one month. Are you going to make it? are you going to be ok? Go ahead and talk to Officer Mattick about it. I seriously hope your going to make it in life cause if you can spend this much time and anger telling the world about this, You dont really have a bad life.

I am sorry for my previous post. I can see both sides, but being in a simiular issue before, I can see your end too. I think, if it was at all possible, a return email or even a phone call could have helped. Either way, if he gets his parts and all is good, a Thank you would be owed to you (IMHO).

I have been in the same position with a deadbeat seller thousands of miles away. I can't even begin to tell you how pissed I was and mine was for 1/10th of the money. You always get a "poor me" story with 50 reasons why its not their fault. I hope you get your intake but don't hold your breath.

Its real apparent that the lack of communication on DB's part could have keeped this from getting ugly. C'mon this ain't nearly as bad a Saddleup. Rick got in over his head and decided the only way out was to screw a bunch people who had already paid him money. This is one deal gone bad by dirtyboy whose mistakes were to not communicate and then react badly when called on it.

... I shipped it 15 minutes ago. Ididnt put a confirmation sent request so there is no tracking number. It will be there...

If he shipped it, you should see it before you leave. I shipped an intake to sprdv1 cross-country, standard shipping and I'm pretty sure he got it within a week.
