USPS.....a vendor said they sent me a part this method a few weeks ago. I got a shipping notification from UPS a week later telling me the part was shipped?

Dont take this wrong, but what makes him believable enough to throw all your support toward him?

BTW, I need a loan of 30,000 dollars. I just had both legs amputated due to an infection I caught after helping out at a hospital orphanage; my wife caught malaria and died last week after going on a mission trip to Ethiopia. I lost my job, my dog died, and someone got my credit card numbers and ruined my credit, and ALL my family died in a bus crash headed to a family reunion.

It isn't that I do or do not believe him, it's that there is no evidence one way or the other but you choose to "side with him", knowing that he was paid, promised to ship the product, and did not. Its one thing to say I believe him, it's another to say "i side with him".
This tells me that in your view it's okay to take someone's money and not deliver the goods, as long as there is a good enough excuse to give them.

I think of myself as a pretty compasionate guy. I would have been satisfied had Dirtyboy explained the entire situation on why it was taking so long to ship. And I would have explained my situation--the intake had to be here by 4 February.

Other than mentioning he had been out of town dealing with his aunt's estate, I did not know any of the problems. He still had his issues and said it would ship on the 16th. At no time did he make any attempt to return my calls or PM's after that time period. In fact, no contact was made until I called the local PD for a knock and talk, and even then, contact was only made through the messages in this post.

I truly hope the intake arrives by 4 February and this matter will be resolved. I will delete this post and life will move on. I would be a little more at ease if I had a tracking number. In fact, if I was 2 months late in shipping an item, and only shipped it because a police officer contacted me, I would be sure and ship it quickly and track it. But that is only how I would do business.....

Hello sir sorry for the delay my aunt in California died unexpecdily Dec 26 in a car accident. I had to fly out and get my mother and goto California to settle her estate. Iam very sorry and it has bugged me I did not send it out yet. I will ship it tomarrow, Saturday. And will send you another PM with the tracking number. Once again Iam very sorry.

Tell you what I see- I see someone who's life has shit the sheets, hasn't upheld their end of the bargain,

He waited until the check from Matt cleared the bank, then waited until his personal issues developed, then waited another MONTH. Then, he came in & got so pissy about what was evolving, couldn't man up & say "I'm so terribly sorry, here's your intake, overnighted, insured for $350, tracking #_____."

I've had first hand dealings w/ mp, from business to wrenching... I've already stated what I know about you. You're probably dirtbag's daddy.

You've spent too much time talking to Rob. %) I side with him aka I believe him. And then your just reading crap into it! I side and/or believe him for the fact that you mentioned there is no evidence either way. Should things change I will be obligated to change my side/belief, which I have no problem doing.

I'm not staking my reputation on it/him I'm just saying have some friggin compassion over a damn intake! Which, if you knew me, compassion isnt really on my list of strong points!

I guess I'm just not into mob mentality. I understand MB wants his junk, I get it, I really do. But what I also do realize is that sometimes life is bigger than Broncos! I'm on here a lot, have a bunch of posts ect, but if life got in the way this would be the last thing I thought about!

av8rds I'm not gonna blame you for having a opinion, it's your right. but this issue is not about life got in the way and he couldn't be on CB, it's about responsibility, yes dbs first priority should be to his family, but the internet is not some rare thing only found in mysterious places. an email to the guy whos $350.00 dollars you accepted for an item is a responsibility and deserves the respect of at least a call or email.regardless of the fact that he did not make the attempt to contact the buyer he should have not come on here and said what he did, it was cowardly and shows a lack of class. that is why so many do not belive what he has to say.
