p.s. if it was too big it wouldn't fit... alot of motors only have a few transmissions that will bolt to them...%) it has aluminum heads so u save alot on weight right there. the cubic inches are not much more than a 351 but why settle for less unless ur married to rebecca???

I wasn't referring the cubic inches of the motor. I was refereeing to the fact that the 5.4 is 5" wider than a 351W. You have to pull the motor to change a head gasket.

actually hillbilly I am an expert, and I can see those waves on different pics on different angles, I can spot a highschool crappy paint job from a mile away. and I would never waste my time looking at a run down looking orange peeled mess as that piece of S***.

Why dont you put a truck together and bring it to one of the shows (super celebration, broncorama, ect) and let some of these guys look at it in person. There you can display your workmanship. Then it will be settled for good or bad for that matter.

Super celebration is in Townsend Tennessee. First or second week of May. Bronco Rama is in Brighton Michigan at the bronco grave yard in May also.
