• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

I have not been on here in awhile. Looks like "I wanta pearl necklace" sold the same red Bronco twice. Unmolested! He is the Michael Jackson of Bronco builders.

Interesting quote I found on another forum. Anyone on here try the 5.4 Triton Motor swap?

Why would you want to put in a motor that is:
1. Too big to fit
2. Can only bolt to a few transmissions
3. is heavier than a 351W with an iron intake
4. Has a computer system so complex you need to be an EE to work it

p.s. if it was too big it wouldn't fit... alot of motors only have a few transmissions that will bolt to them...%) it has aluminum heads so u save alot on weight right there. the cubic inches are not much more than a 351 but why settle for less unless ur married to rebecca???

definitely no bondo in those wavy box sides.

seeing how ur such a great body expert u would of noticed they are shadows and reflections but it's understandable that anyone who hangs out in this forum with a bunch of lazy wanna bees would think its filled with bondo... Please come look it over in person and give me ur professional opinion that way we can discuss ur awesome ability to judge body work from pics. Thanks and have a wonderful day sitting in ur stank a$$ computer chair!!!;)

the 351 is a 210 horsepower, 310 lb-ft of torque The Windsor is 351 cubic inches. The Triton motor is 330 cubic inches. good research genius %)

Here you go.

1999–2004 Ford Expedition, 2-valve SOHC, 260 hp (194 kW) and 355 lb·ft (481 N·m)

The 5.4 L (5408 cc, 330 CID)[2] V8 is a member of the Modular engine family first introduced in the redesigned 1997 Ford F-Series as a Triton V8. Bore diameter is 90.2 mm (3.552 in) and stroke is 105.8 mm (4.165 in), the increased stroke necessitated a taller 256 mm (10.079 in) engine block deck height. A 169.1 mm (6.658 in) connecting rod length is used to achieve a 1.60:1 rod to stroke ratio. The 5.4 L 2V was built at the Windsor Engine Plant, while the 5.4 L 3V moved production to the Essex Engine Plant beginning in 2003, then back to Windsor Engine Plant in 2009.[29] The SVT 5.4 L 4-valve engines are built at Romeo Engine Plant, hand assembled on the niche line.[30]
The engine is only currently used in the E-series, Expediton, Lincoln Navigator and a 550 hp version in the Shelby GT500.
