TPS voltage is 5.07 all the time. Looks like bad TPS. Could 98 be anything else or pretty much ECM is shot?

Replace the TPS first. Then check codes again. I've only seen the 98 code with a bad ECM but get everything else working before replacing it.

Ok so Im confused, I have a MAF but computer number reads
E6SF-12A650-M1B SFI-SDI, thats a speed density computer correct?

Yes it is. It will work with a later MA harness but injector size could be a problem.

I had a similar problem diagnosing a bad ecu. Mine had slightly different symptoms. It would start and run fine for about 10 min but as soon as it would turn off or die it would not restart. Basically rig would run long enough to get you to the middle of no where and die. It still had spark, fuel pressure, and injector pulse and would crank for days just not catch until 3 or so hours of cool down. I never found out what exactly was bad with ecu but replaced it and it ran awesome I replaced everything else in the mean time figuring it out. Good luck

Measure ECT resistance with an ohmmeter.

41 an 91 are lean on both sides. Things to look for are vacuum leaks, dirty MAF, O2 sensors hooked up to wrong side connectors.
