EFI Problem..Update, Couple More Issues!

Unplug the ECM and see if the ground goes away.

ECM disconnected, same thing. IM going to tear into the harness and rebuild as needed this is twice now Ive had something wrong in there. I had Kolibar rebuild it but having alot of issues. There is only 3 wires from TFI to the ECM correct? Ill fix once and for all. Sound like a good plan?

Just keep in mind it needs to be continuous and grounded.

Just to be completely clear what do you mean? I think I will just run a new circuit for the 3 wires in the shielded wire since thats where im having problems. I will run a ground "wrap" on it then shield it with the tinfoil correct? I will still check everything else but a good start huh?

Found the bad spot in the harness. Inside Alum sheilding all 3 wires in there had a spot with cut insulation and making contact with the ground. Rebuilding that whole circuit today and then should have her running again this afternoon.
