Ok, I tested the TPS and it is within specs and definitely under 1 volt. The next question that is have is in regard to the plug on the IAB. You can rotate it 180 degrees. In what direction should the plug be pointed? It was pointed at the firewall and I turned it 180 degrees and now its pointed at the front of the truck. Which is the correct direction? Didn't seem to change the way the truck ran in either direction though.

I think that there is a vacuum leak somewhere that is causing the raised idle that I am experiencing. %)

If you're just turning the solenoid it doesn't matter.

Yes the part with the two Philips screws! Not where it attaches to the Throttle body.

Also, what is the deal with the pcv valve on the back of the intake? Can that be a source of a vacuum leak? If I remember I reused the old one and it seemed like hard rubber and fit ehh I believe but definitely in an unuser friendly location in the back where they have it on the lower manifold!

ya the old PCV gasket can get hard and leak, you can pick a new one up at any parts store usually, check the help section or online too. Over time they get really hard and can become rigid.
