Am I the only one that has difficulty discussing the new Broncos without tripping over what they are suppose to be called? The "Bronco Sport" is easy enough but then where do you go? Don't want to go into the "Baby Bronco" and that if I say 4-Door I don't mean the 4-Door Sport I mean the 4-Door Baby... Well it certainly isn't a baby... Wait... Didn't want to get into the Baby thing... Well, you know.. Its the "real ones" that are meant to compete against Jeeps not the Escape ones... Oh crap.. Forget it.

I have been calling them the Bronco Sport and the cool Bronco or the real Bronco. I guess "the Bronco with removable top" is another option.

I call the big Bronco the New Bronco or NB. Seems fitting since we call ours Early Bronco or EB.

Unfortunately the term "Big Bronco" is catching on with with people not familiar with the use of this term for the 78-96 Broncos. I've been using "new" Bronco for the 6G. But often I have to explain myself.

I used the same term of New Bronco over there myself, it blew their minds in doing so.

Funny I was trying to explain this to someone the other day and they got a glazed over look and I just said 'the new one that everyone wants but cant get!". And then they got it! I do agree the Bronco sport should have been named something else. Maybe Bronco Lite ?

I'm tired of people saying they seen the new Bronco and like it or don't really like it. No...you most likely didn't see a Bronco, you saw the Bronco Sport. Maybe Ford should have called it the Colt, Filly, or Foal maybe, or perhaps just Sport.

It probably would have made sense if they released the two-door first, then the four door and finally the sport... Then it would be Bronco, 4-Door Bronco, and Bronco Sport... Just like Jeep.... Jeep, 4-Door Jeep and Jeep Liberty.
But alas it was not meant to be...
