it's not a hose at all, it's just the the chinese finger traps. lol

push it and it open's up and pull it and it tightens up,thus why it's hard to see the lacing.

ya, i really like it. i think ill wrap it up down the line but for now i just taped it up.

i was worried removing the harness would screw something up,
one of the things i wanted from this harness is for it to be removed with ease, witch it is.

got it installed and still work's.

ill post pic's later.

still having my fuel problem.

i unpluged the fuel reg and made no difference, tryed pinching the return line off and i can feel the fuel flowing and when i do the the pressure builds up and the pump makes a different noise. no differance that i can tell.

so next up im going to move the pump back by the tank. if still nothing and i get a new pump im selling it and going propane.

I've got a spare fuel pump and that fuel pressure gauge. Stop by and grab them if you want. I'll be working on mine most of the day Saturday..

I couldn't go that low...i made my bracket so it will about 1.5'' lower then the middle of the frame...sadly the frame bend's up so right back where i was but farther back. any lower i think it will get into my suspension.

this is what i came up with.

ok...

moved the pump back and barrowed steve's fuel gauge. i hooked it all up and i fired it up.

the pump was quit for once! psi was about 46psi...then it ran out of gas.

apparently at some point all my gas leaked out wile it was sitting.

so put a few gallons in and the pump was making noise yet again. and had to bleed the system cus the gauge was stuck on 20 psi.

it's running at 46psi and when i unplug the vac line to the regulator the pressure went up to about 54psi. shut the motor off and the pressure stayed at 45 and slowly dropped.

then tryed it again and it went down to 10 in little time and go's back and fourth everytime. wile at steve's he lent me his backup pump and ill put that on. have not drove it yet...scared to after it died infront of that old lady's house..:-[ i was about ready to quit that day...

Are you using a stock regulator? 50 psi is pretty high. Might check the return line to be sure it isn't blocked.

that's when i unpluged the vac line, with the vac lines all in place it's at 46psi (max) 42psi (min)

but yes it's stock.

and the line is clear.

Stock is about 40 psi with vac line unplugged. About 35-ish with vac.

oh, well is that a bad thing? i thought the more the better cus the excess fuel would dump into the return.

It puts more load on the HP pump and it'll cause the injectors to spray more fuel than the EEC demands.

oh!

wonder if that's why it seem's like it's eating more fuel then with the carb.

so what's a good pump?

also, it's been a few day's with no problems

i took a video ill post in a bit, the lower control arm mount broke off the frame on the mustang so had no choice but to drive the bronco to work, it's 10 miles there and back. no problems.

Mitch you forgot to say that my gauge is from Harbor Freight, it might actually be off by that much. It's good to hear you got to drive it some and it didn't give you problem. BTW, when I did mine, my mileage seemed to have jumped vs dropping.

it's pretty consistant at 45psi, guess that's possible.

my gas gauge seem's to go down pretty fast.

i set off from home with it 1/4 tank got there and it was on E filled it up to 3/4 tank and when i got home it was at 1/2 tank.

That's good mileage. With bad mileage you don't get there before you run out.
