Best pic, my little helpers. My two year old had the plyers and was playing with the rear output shaft on my 205, pretty funny:

Great shots - congrats on the progress. What size tire are you going to run?

I'm running 38.5 TSL SX's, for now, but would like a set of 40's or 39.5! Looking to trade up if you know anyone! These are pretty much brand new also.

I'll say it again, I'm jealous. I will make a prediction that you'll curse those pointy gussets on the core support. Looks like an elbow stabber. Keep the updates coming.

Update Pics

Alright, so I've been working late nights on this thing. The wiring is going well. I got all my parts back from the powdercoating shop: bumpers, wheels, cage, beadlock rings, headers, and quarter panel protectors. Most items are back on, the front bumper is just sitting there for now since I need to work on the motor, I'll take it back off. Also, got the tunnel, tailgate and door inserts back from being bed coated.

(Sorry for the not so great pics, from my iphone)

What's in the 4th pic? More info on the wheels please. Great build!

The fourth pic is the custom removable tunnel I made to mount shifters to. The beadlocks are my own design, I call them BeadClamps. They are basically weld on kits that I am planning selling once it test these out. They are all laser cut with a BC added to the ring which. I welded these to some basic black steel rims and then had them all powdercoated.

If anyone is interested in a set, let me know. They will be reasonably priced with some nice designs.

Update Pics - Beadlocks Mounted, etc.

Well, here's an update. I mounted my beadlocks and tires and have been working on a few other items. Mounted the Art carr shifter, bumpers, etc.

Yeah, third row seat out of a 2004 Yukon. Now seats 3 in the rear. How's your hboost setup working? I'd like to do the same, just running out of funds quickly!
