Just a update.....went to the DNR volunteer training this past Tues and want to correct my previous post. The DNR and volunteer workers can only "advise" that tires be aired down to proper levels to insure sufficient traction on sand surface. However, you will be turned out of the dune ready line while entering the park if you don't have a flag mounted or your correct stickers. One other thing I use as a gauge for correct tire inflation is wheel hop. If you spin and wheel hop really bad you have to much air in your tires. At the right level they will not wheel hop at all and just spin nice and smooth. Have fun and be safe!
