Justin, are you ready for the windshield yet. I will be around to help facilitate that next week if you are. Just PM me with some details if you have any time line for that piece in mind.

Lots of good suggestions on the build, so I’ll add a different angle.

I suggest contacting a local accounting firm to conduct the drawing. That way, entrants can feel more comfortable with the fairness of the raffle.

Please don’t take this suggestion the wrong way but I used to buy $100 raffle tickets each year for a new jeep; the proceeds supporting a local VFD. I spent $300 only to find that the “drawing” was several members picking their buddies to win.

Oh, and count me in for tickets. I love raffles for a good cause!:D

you can count me in for allot of tickets also, we raffle of item every years for the fire department I'm on. however I agree with Mike.

I hope you or anyone else don't mind me asking but...can you tell us who all the past winners were and where they are from?

The Bronco is still in Wyoming getting suspension work finished up. It is taking longer than I had hoped to get it back to this part of the state. All of the work is top notch though so I can't complain one bit. When we have it I will let you know.

Did anyone pony up some wheels for this thing yet? What size are you looking for?

We are still in need of some wheels. We are looking for some 17" wheels. The tires and wheels are very important because that is what most of the people look at first when they see the raffle rigs. Then they go right to the inside to check out the seats and radio. You can really tell who the wheelers are because they look under the rig before they look in it.

Here is what Bob from TnT Customs posted up for us over on another thread. They are doing the suspension work on this beauty.

Figured I better chime in here before you guys think we highjacked this bronco and parted it out - there's some bitch'n parts already assembled on this unit. We already know better than to post "sneak peek" pics until we have something to show, just trust me, the wait will be woth it, we're very close to having a system we can show you.

The EB (Early Bronco) is something I've always wanted to tackle for suspension design. When the guys approached us last year with the concept of building an EB for the Assoc raffle we jumped in with both feet and gave them a big He!! ya we want to be part of it. Since that long ago phone call I've been running ideas through my head and doodling on paper in between everything else we've had going on. Notice the word system has been used a couple times. We've attacked this bronco with a vengance and have really come up with a suspension that will work And drive down the highway like a dream.

The whole thing is based on our tried and true Y-Link front control arm. Of course we have designed a MBPS (Modular Belly Pan System) with removeable skid that has nothing to do with trans mounting so you can remove it to do service work with out the need of a trans jack. True to form, we've went far above and beyond, not wiling to quit until the everything is just right, no sense in having a bitch'n control arm and belly pan setup if the track bar and steering do not compliment the rest of the parts. Ford's original setup leaves alot to be desired when comparing to 21st century technology. So we're also creating an equally bitch'n trackbar system and steering linkage setup.

Give us a coupe more days and we'll start giving you some insight from the workings of the "mad scientists" at T&T.

Afraid I can be of no help on the 17" side. Not my style. Sorry.

You can contact the Colorado Association of 4wheel drive clubs for the past winners. I know for a fact that last years winner drives his Jeep alot, as I have seen it in Moab wheelin'. Here is the link to our state assoc. site...:

Hey guys,

I called up Nemesis to ask about this cage and what they would charge to do another one. I'm not sure if it is appropriate for me to list any prices here so PM me and I'll give you the info I got. I will say these are guys super cool and obviously build some sweet stuff. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for...

A cage similar to the one built for this rig is in the 4k range. You can expect it to be between 4-5k depending on what modifications you would want to make. These are all one off custom made to each vehicle so they do ask to have your vehicle at the shop while they make it to ensure the best fit.

They also stated it would take 3-4 weeks to build.

These guys seem really cool and seem to do great work.

You know... that's a super nice cage, design and all, one of the nicest I've ever seen to be honest............BUT

NO WAY is it worth that, unless they gold plate it with diamond studs!

I'll bet they ain't got 200 bucks worth of material on there! that's just a guess? cant be much more than that if there buyin bulk.

Hell... I just had EOR in Nashville Tn 4-link a 72 of mine with 7075 solid aluminum 2" lower links, same 1 1/2" upper links, truss both a 60/14bolt, custom 1/4" aluminum skid plate, custom built drive shaft's, complete back half it and hoop the front of it with 1 3/4" DOM, install and set up 4 16" coilover's, install full hydro steering kit, mount fuel cell, rear radiator & brake peddle assembly with all the brake lines for that!

basically a full roller...i bought the coilovers, steering kit, radiator and fuel cell...they did the rest.

Thanks and no problem, you just let me know and I will do what I need to do to get it done. I just don't want to hold you up. Take care.

Nice work
