What have you done to your Bronco today?

well i drove it to my parents house then i replaced the wheel cyclinder, set timing, adjusted carb, fixed the door latch, and then i drove it back home. Its nice to have a heated garage to work in northern Michigan lol

Replaced the rear u-joint in my new Tom Woods shaft. Less than 800 miles on it, I guess I must have tightened the u-bolts a little too much.;D

installed my new BC Broncos EFI fuel tank and skid plate

I drove it for roughly 10 min with no problems!!!!!
With the exceptions of the blinkers not working and the gas guage not working.. But it didn't smoke or break or catch on fire!! So I'm loving it so far!!

what a day, or 3 hours rather.

Changed the gear oil in the rear axle:
1. Remove tires (10 lugnuts)
2. Remove spacers (10 lugnuts)
3. Remove brake drum
4. remove axle (8 nuts)
5. disconnect rear driveshaft (2 u-bolts - 4 nuts)
6. remove 3rd member (~8 nuts)
7. scoop out remainder of gear oil
8. scrape off old gasket
9. reinstall 3rd member (~heavy)
10. reinstall axles
11. Reinstall brake drums
12. reinstall spacers
13. reinstall tires
14. pump in ~1 gallon of gear oil and clutch modifier
15. piss off wife (repeat in each step)

I was going to fix the rear brake line that broke, but the flaring tool stripped when flaring the end...blah...

cut the drivers side floor out and fit the new panel in.

Filed the titled returned by the DMV with a letter stating my hobbyist plates are on the way. Never have to register my Bronco again!

I have to ask You what kind of wheels are thoes ? are the locking rings inside and out ? and are they a weld on ring or are they part of the wheel ?

Man that really cleaned up nice. Replace the stripes and that thing would look new.;D
