floorpans

Yesterday I put in the driver side floor pan. It went OK I learned measure alot cut once. The whole screw the pan down first and then weld, remove a screw wld another. I took pictures and as soon as I pony up for the contributor I'll post. Today clean up the driver side and start work on passenger side.

I got mine all preped and I'm going to start painting after work today. I love every part of a frame off except for the paint. I'll be glad when this parts over. Wish me luck.

Called home and informed her that a package from RCV will arrive and asked her to inspect it for me. She was not happy. So went on to ask if she would at least pat the Bronc down and say HI. I really miss her.

I'm proud of you young fellers

I first worked on one in hgh school auto shop in 1970. It's a lot of work going after old problms on these dinosaurs and keeping them on the road. Keep up the good work!

Installed the new parking brake lines, along with the custom made brakes as mine were damaged and removed. Replace the rear brakes, and now everything to do with brakes is brand new!! Also made one custom speaker bracket for the dash.....still need to make one more. Oh and ordered yet more parts, which means next week I can do the one ton tie rod over!!

I picked the frame up and moved it close to the welder. Things are going to heat up.

I am just looking at mine and all the parts for the engine. Can't wait for the machinist to be done with the short block. The new AFR heads are getting lonely. I did build a work bench using old kitchen cabinets last week and made a display for all my die-casts including my bronco toy collection. It's just not the same as working on the real thing.
