Finished radiator install, Installed nutserts on radiator for shroud installation ease. Determined best/longest fan clutch snout for ford explorer serp (2009 Envoy 4.2), installed nice looking black billet radiator overflow/surge tank.

Waiting on radiator hoses. Hoping to trudge into fuel and brake lines tomorrow but that means time on the ground which I'm getting too old to do much of at one shot:) And good news its down to only 105 here, so I can work again. My issue has been I do have AC in garage (finally), but front end was so close to garage door i needed it open to do a majority of the work, negating AC.

Decided nothing is going on that won't make it run as soon as possible. No sound deadening, insulation, no carpet, etc. No radio, CB, lights, no winch, no center console.

Nothing except, motor, electrical, heater, dash, wiring from here out.

I'm going to multi stage the other stuff as time permits, and i get the bronco back to driver status.

I am in the middle of my Dana 44 ring and pinion swap. Power washed and wire wheeled the axle housing tonight. Going to powder coat axle housing, and radius arms. Then I will get to installing the gears.

I added some gussets in the front. Finally a bracket I could just buy and welds in! Everything has required mods and when all you have is a plasma cutter and a grinder it can blow like a new Transformer movie.

As you can see I have a lot of cleanup on the swaybar tube but I have a plan... Famous last words... I sense a lot of grinding coming up.

In another note, I finally met the guy that's been driving past my place for a while. Nice guy with a cherry 70 for sale. This thing is as clean as I've ever seen for a driver.
