Hey, it's all clean!!! Now get back to work!!!
Yessir, I did, not that it made lot of difference. Logic would seem to dictate that a lot of time between posts would equate to a lot of progress between posts. Well, not so much here in beautiful westMichigan. Darn squirrels, anyway. Did get the roll cage finally connected from one end to the other, though. Not finally, finally done, but finally complete from end to end. Oh, and I did get a start on the rear seat mounting. The vinyl floor is not finally-Hey, it's all clean!!! Now get back to work!!!
Howard, when you get the kinks worked out of your e-brake setup, could you do a tech thread about the hows and whys? At some point in my “re-hab” I plan on doing a hand e-brake between the seats as I don’t want to have a fight with a roll cage A-leg. I have this thread bookmarked for a reference.Remember back in post #562 where I thought I might have the E-brake situation figured out? Well, maybe, but not for sure. Working on connecting the ebrake cables to the console-mounted hand ebrake lever. Hmm..... View attachment 932819 Maybe...... View attachment 932820
just maybe...... View attachment 932822 As it turned out, it didn't work, heck! View attachment 932828
Considering that mine is on jack stands, has NO brake lines (or fuel lines), no sheet metal from the firewall forward and started this project in ‘19, I obviously have patience. LolRandy, I would love to do that! Bear in mind that getting the horse on and off the road comes first. Oh, and keep in mind that I am glacially slow, I am at 13 years and counting now. So, if you're not in a big hurry, have the patience of Job, and plan on living a really long time, count on it! Thanks a bunch for asking! Howard in beautiful west Michigan
That’s awesome Howard! Looks really good out in the sun! Won’t be long and it will be cruising time
