More tuning on the 2bbl and timing. Found out vacuum advance on distributor is not working. Cant see the numbers on the new harmonic balancer I installed months ago so timing light is useless. Got to get out the vacuum guage and finish up. Mocked up some new lights in the speedo cluster. Using led strip lights to replace the three bulbs. Way more light on the guages. Next will be same mod on my under dash guages. Puny bulbs in them now aren't even visible in the dark. Purchased a used CO2 power tank and mounting bracket off FBM so I need to get it mounted soon. When the weather warms up, its gonna be low 20s all week.

Started preparing for my rear quarters cut out. Made a little jig to space the fasteners 3” apart. It worked better than I thought. Now to get the other side the same. Hmmm.... I know I’m going to get a lot of hate for cutting these rust free quarters. It’s the cost of going 4 link and 5” lift with 37”x13.5” rubber.

I installed some hood shocks for a buddy, to follow the directions I would have had to drill holes in the large hole in the hood brace. They use large sheet metal screws to hold the brackets to the hood. So I tossed the sheet metal screws and made a backing plate instead.

Another tank of 92 octane... drive it every day if I'm home. Tube doors, windscreen for the rear of my custom 1/2 cab... 4" snow left in our area of the Valley but nothing in the rest.

28 deg was the high, low teens in the am...

Heated seats is all I have, need to connect my heater back up I guess. :)

Or get a pair of Carhart insulated coveralls and Goretex Thinsulate gloves and some electric socks. 😂😂

Not my bronco today but we removed the NP435 from my buddies 79 and will be putting in an AX15 this week. The solid axle ranger in the background also sits on bronco axles; we are finishing some updates to the cooling system on that truck. 😎
