TX old Ratty 1986 bronco for sale

Not too sure I’d trust my trailer to make the trip out empty…no brakes right now. Might could borrow my buddy’s car hauler……. Gonna run this “up the flagpole “ and see if my spouse thinks I’m certified crazy or not. (Not quite sure the white coats with nets would let me pass) Randy

Pa, I’ve got the space and the $$$$ but not sure the wife is willing to pay my airfare out to get it. Will it make the trip from your place to north Mississippi? Randy

3 speed RAT trans noisy in 3rd gear?

Here’s a company that has complete 3rd members for Ford 9” rears, Speedway Motors, and they are under $1K. Southwest Speed also has complete 3rd members under $1K. I’m sure that Currie Enterprises has them but no idea of price. Hope this helps. Randy

Data collection : Manual disc/disc brake combinations

You might wind up being the “trailblazer” for this brake system. Not sure if there’s a benefit to not using vacuum assisted, but having had drums on all corners and no power assist, theres no chance I’d get rid of power disc brakes…but that’s just me. If you do make the system the way you want...

    Road trip!

Are those maps or plates of spaghetti??? Looks like there’s hundreds of miles of ways to turn a bronco inside out…but your mileage may vary. Randy

Floor on P/S closer to being wrapped up. A lot of fiddling around trying to get the best fit before going ahead and welding in place. Hope the D/S floor goes quicker. Lol Randy

    Transfer Seat Part 2

If you still have the doors on, make sure they are closed before you start jacking up the body. If you don’t have the doors on , better brace the door opening. Don’t ask me why but I now have EXTRA body alignment to do. 😢😢 Randy

The Tricky EcoBoost Early Bronco Build

Maybe, but raggedy and filthy gets less looks from the patrol officers…they don’t believe something that looks that bad could possibly be at that speed. Lol 😂 Randy

    Quiet mud tires?

Does that ^^^^ include mounting, balancing and road hazard warranty? Also does it come with complementary continental breakfast? 🤣🤣 Randy

Dana 44 inner c cut and turn

Not t mention having DOT hammer you with fines for not having your “tag” at the proper weight. At least in MS that’s the case. When I got a tag for a 1-ton Dodge diesel to pull a 35’ gooseneck camper, the tag/tax peeps told me that the 18,000# tag would NOT be enough…and if DOT ticketed me for...

    Classic Bronco Graveyards

My neighbor had an EB graveyard…until he finished his restoration. Traded roughly 10 frames with various stages of parts removal for some body shop work and paint on a FJ 60. I was fortunate to be “gifted” with a 1/2 cab that needed some work. Other than knowing someone who still has a...

    Sheet metal plug tool

Okay. It’s a solid block that is through-drilled with a slot and NOT a section of square tubing as I thought. Makes sense now. Thanks for the clarification. Randy

    Sheet metal plug tool

How close to the top of the “die” is the slot cut? Maybe show me a pic from the side de and end views? I can’t visualize how it’s cutting the perfect little discs without bending them in the middle. there are holes that I would fill also. Randy
