Yep. Horn works now. Turn signals do not currently cancel. I thought it was the cam, which I have a replacement, but it's the other part. I'll have to get that from Tom's later.

OK, I'm sure someone took some photos...

By the time I got home yesterday, and seeing that I'm down by Joliet, I didn't think it worth while to make the hour plus treck.

I took some photos, including some of those amazing pickled eggs, and emailed them to 72_EB. Feel free to post a few on here if you'd like.

Johnny, Dr. B, and I had a great time even though none of you bums showed up. :p I guess next time instead of saying "free beer", I need to say "free Bronco parts". ;)
Yeah, I made another victim of Johnny with my pickled eggs and we had a blast BS'n and enjoying day in the garage under 100 degrees.
Hung at my place then cruised to Superdawg for a bite, then headed over to DRBRONCO69's to roll out the crawler on the 42s. Broncojack was there too, but no picked egg for him since he drove the Flex. At least it was a Ford so I didn't have to let the air out of his tires. ;D Here's some of Johnny's pics he sent me this morning.

I am so jealous! I created this thread and had to miss this! I do have to say I was having a great time with Hooligan bike shenanigans on LSD, wish there were more hours in the day, or days in the weekends!

Looks like it was fun, the Bronco's look fantastic and that crawler is awesome!

Don't sweat it, Duane. We'll definitely do another get together. Summers are always tough for getting everyone together. Lots of family stuff. It would be cool to do a late summer deal and nail down where the heck the Fall Run will be.

Very cool I still have a few of the magnets when I was making prototypes . I know we can't get the old forest preserve but the venue was cool. I know of a park along the Fox river in Fox River Grove that would be great for a Bronco Picknic;D . A cool place and great setting to line up the broncos to chat or pics along with a shelter to get out of the heat

fox river grove works for me if everybody else is able and willing! i am trying to work on my buddy out in elburn right on rt .47 , thought we might be able to entice the guys who would be going wheeling at the cliffs to stop in on their way down or back. i will post here if i can make it happen w/ a date.

I think we should plan another meet once the weather cools and kids are back in school. Hopefully, everyone's schedule will be more open then.

Hello Chicagoland

I am new to the forum and just saw this thread. Thought I would take a minute to introduce myself.

I live in Lisle and have had my 71 for about 13 years now. I saved every penny I could get my hands on to buy it when I was 15 and have been working on it ever since. For the past 6 years it had been sitting in the back of my dads garage. For my 28th birthday last month, my parents and fiancé surprised me and got it running again!

Anyway, I started looking at the forums to get ideas of what I want to do next and stumbled across this group of Bronco owners from Chicagoland. I can count the number of EB's I've seen in the area on one hand so its great to know that there are more out there.

Hopefully I'll be able to make it out to one of the events in the near future.
