Front end alignment

I might and might not be a little confused. If I would buy a pair of 1-1/"2 coils that Wild Horses sells and install, would that help me get more positive caster or the opposite?
I lifted the front frame 1-1/2" with a jack measuring from axle to frame. Second picture now measures 8-1/2". Does appear to level truck better. Thanks

Lifting will not get you more caster.. makes it worse

lifting the truck with springs changes the relation with the arms, the frame goes up lifting the arms at the back and the arms twisting the axle forward that's where you loose caster.
