Please join us for Mid-Atlantic Early Broncos' 13th Annual East Coast Bronco Round Up! It will be held again this year at The Cove Campground, Gore, VA, just outside of Winchester.

Since this is the Bronco's 45th Anniversary were changing things up a bit, adding some new things, bringing back some old things, and making other things even better! We're trying to make this year one of the best Round Ups ever! The biggest change is we added another day of guided wheeling on Thursday June 23.

On site registration/trail selection opens at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday June 22 and will continue on Thursday evening as well. We'll have organized trail rides for all levels on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and an easy trail night ride on Thursday evening. But this event is not only for off-road vehicles - Bring your stocker, street rig, and or resto-mod too! There will be activities for all types of Broncos and interests including a street cruise, a people-judged Show-n-Shine, ramp challenge, an RC demo, kid's activities, and of course, our incredible Saturday Night Prize Drawing!

Please go to the MEB web site to sign up on-line. Just click on the banner.

The Cove Campground is a great place to camp and has plenty of family activities with hiking and swimming and fishing on several lakes within the campground. All Round Up event activities will be based at The Cove including the trail rides which are conducted on the vast campground property. Their trails are truely mild to wild with trails for all levels of vehicles and drivers! Please see this link for campground and reservation information.

If camping is not for you, there are a number of hotels in the Winchester area within about 10 miles of the Cove. Look for hotels west of Winchester near highways 50 and 37.

This event is open to all MEB members, all Bronco owners (Early Broncos, Full Size Broncos and Bronco II's), and any guests of MEB members or Bronco owners. So bring your Broncos and your "Brand X" friends! Hope to see you there!

I should add, the extra day of events is being added at no increase in event fees! ;D

When you say bring your "Brand X" friends, does that mean with or without their brand X?

With is fine. If you are coming with your Bronco and you have a buddy who wants to wheel at the event and drives a jeep or other non-Bronco, they are welcome to do so as your guest. They will need to register and pay all event fees and Cove use fees. They, of course, would not be eligible for the Show-N-Shine or any prizes/plaques for the Ramp Challenge, but other than that, they can participate.

We do have a 100 trail rig limit in our event agreement, but too many brand-x's has never been an issue in the past. Just be reasonable about how many you invite. 1 or 2 is fine - more than that, let's talk! ;D

They can't participate in the group photo but they are welcomed to wheel with us unlike some other groups :)

Would only be the Son-in-Law. Hope I can fit this into my schedule. Tried last year but work took priority. Have to support my EB habit you know.

I hope the answer you got was the answer you wanted - if not we could invoke a one time "no son-in-law" rule! ;D

Just kidding, your son-in-law is very welcome to join us. What brand-x does he drive? Hope you both can make it this year.

4 door JK Rubicon with 35's. It's purdy. Likes trails riding. As long as there is no mud. I think he washes it every day.

Sounds like a nice rig. As far as mud - it's going to depend on the weather. Last year it was hot and dry - maybe rained once. The year before we had lots of rain and even had to delay the Sat trail rides and street cruise for about an hour. We're hoping for something in the middle this year - warm with just enough light sprinkles to keep the dust down! ;D

Many of the trails are rocky so even with rain you won't see that much mud. The Cove does have a mud pit, but we've never had that much interest in holding a mud event. I hate cleaning it out of everything!

He's a pretty good guy. Just bad taste;) It is a nice rig.

I agree about the cleaning. Didn't seem to mind when I was younger but don't like it now.

Raffle sponsor announcement

Its time to start announcing the outstanding sponsorship for the prize raffle held on Saturday night during the RU.

Many thanks to Gordon Bailie for providing sponsorship for the raffle and offering to deliver any orders paid before the RU (prior to Gordon loading his truck!). Save shipping costs on some great items for your Bronco. Visit www.bailiebilt.com to see all the great products and be sure to ask for delivery to the Roundup when you call.
