next stop on the BONES garage tour?

this is the easy stuff! I think where I'm going to need the extra help is getting the transmission out of the doner and into this one.

Wild Horses 3.5" springs

So what was the determining factor on WH?
Lovin those shackles. Quite a step up from the stock ones. I think you should just fab a new frame to go with them;D I might be lazy enough to not want to remove my bushings either;)

Keep on it.

2nd in line for a pair of those bad boys if you decide to sell a few sets! You can even tack weld them and I'll do the rest. Very nice work!

This one is the prototype, I was planning on makikng several sets after I knew how this one turned out.

Dave, I went with wild horses based on what i've read, heard and what I have seen. plus a great deal on putting together my own suspension package with the items that I needed for this rig, and their customer service was top notch!

Sounds like a good enough reason to me.
I was weighing between Duff's and WH. Some Duff's items are a fair amount more but haven't yet figured in the difference in shipping.

Thanks for being the guinea pig though;D

Don't forget to put ur name on them and number stamp each one so they will be worth thousands down the road! A pr of these would be a nice touch to my frame build. Can't wait!

Next time you are muscling, give me a yell and I will come help if I am able.

does that mean they are worth several hundreds right now;D;D or maybe I should only make the one set so they will be rare and worth much much more.

thanks for the compliments guys!

I finished the redesigned shackle, it's still made from 1/4" steel like the first one but made it look and function a little better. I think this is what I will go with.
