Thanks guys!

after installing the first design I decided to move the bend up to change the angle for a little more clearance with the hanger bracket. and wanted to open up the bottom of the cross brace so water and dirt wouldnt have a place to collect.

Looking forward to some of those new and improved shackles.

Update: wait a minute (brain fart), are you not gonna use the shackles you made? All that hard work and design.

Ok... Well, for now i've decided to keep her original. That's a stock suspension kit from JBG. Also got new ss brake lines and weather stripping on the way. Hoping to get her on the road soon.

Hmmm....let's just call this a momentary lapse of judgement.;D I'm giving up on driving it this year, shooting for spring now....again.%) that stock suspension will go on one of the other Broncos.
got the wild horses 3.5 rear springs installed. the old rear axle is just temporary so she can roll around, I will be building something better this winter.

Get those sawzalls ready Randy!

gotta get some war flares now so I can mark where to cut...then maybe you can sneek in and have at it when I'm not around so as not to change my mind again!;D

just tinkering on a rear axle. pulled it apart to clean, re-seal and paint. sure is easy to drain the oil out when they're not in the truck!;D

...and what do you do if you drilled out the perches to fit the larger wild horses centering pins and then need to go back to the standard size?....hmm...how about a couple of little steel bushings to make up the difference.
