Thank you! It's been a rough day but I'll get through it. But what if they mess it up? What if it comes out looking like this:

Oil leak

I am trying to work out an oil leak problem where my Dakota Digital sending unit screws into the extension. It is leaking a lot. The fitting Dakota sent just doesn't seem snug. I either need new fittings or a new extension. I have to see what the local parts store has.

Fixed it

The fitting supplied by Dakota digital was not sized right. I went to the hardware store, got a new fitting and it sealed it up nice and snug.

Pulling the radiator back out so I can gain access to the front of the engine to fab up the serpentine belt guide thingy I need on the front of the engine, so that the belt-driven bits (supercharger and Explorer PS pump) work.

Busy Bronco Day! Bought a 25 year old DevilBliss spray gun for $1 a year, picked up a Mustang hydroboost and master cylinder for about $1 a mile, the steering wheel I bought here off the parts for sale showed up and the D.I.M (did it myself) hood scoop is a little closer to being OK. Btw, anybody recognize the steering wheel or know where I can get an adapter kit?

Well yesterday I had some time before work. Removed old axle seals and cleaned up some parts for my swap. We have had such a temperature change the shop floor and my truck was sweating, like I sprayed a hose in the dam place . Any y’all have the problem. I just moved in so I don’t know how often it may happen. We went from freezing and snow on ground to 60 the last two days . I don’t know if there is anything I can do about it . It’s not heated so I don’t have temperature control in it.

Yep, it happens with the rain in Portland all the time. Well, not all the time. Only 6 months out of 12. %) It sucks.

My last property was on a slight hill, so the up hill side of the shop would puddle water outside. The concrete floors inside would saturate with water more on that side. The shop would feel wet inside. Keep the outside graded properly to help. I had a home gas furnace in mine converted to propane but didn't want to test the cost to run that thing for 2400 sq. ft.
