Upgraded my heater box with a new core, seals, cables, and blaster motor. Working under the dash is a serious pain.
Just did the same thing to mine minus new blower motor. Also got a new defrost vent.

hey schoolgirl, they should of had dozens of stuff on that engine. must be slackers;DGiddy as a schoolgirl..got my Toughbook talking to the Holley HP ECM, ran through all the loads and cals, and the new engine is now all set up for initial light off.
Was kinda disappointed that the Holley on-line forum could not find me a Base Map for a supercharged 239 V-8 running 19-pound injectors...but I worked around it.

Finished removing the passenger rear door post. Cut the fender out yesterday. You can see the drivers side is done in the background!!
Just got my heater core replaced and heater box put back in. No leaks that I’ve found yet. Woohoo!!
Made a new gauge and spaker pod
The one I made before would not have worked with the AX15
The old was made out of wood and fiberglass
The new I used aluminum and pushed it under the dash more
Simple but should be ok
Got mine out in the snow for a photo.
Got the four runner iv been working out done and out for a little stretch
