Installed my new DUFF’s 2 into 1 exhaust paired with a set of Scott Drake stainless shorty headers. This was a preproduction test kit as Duffs was fine tuning their design for various engine and transmission combos. Fits well and gives so much more space than my old dual exhaust setup. Sits high and out of the way. Just need to wrap up my fuel and engine work now so I can hear that sweet music ring!! Thanks to Monster Mike for getting this kit done.

Looks killer Dave!

We have officially launched this kit thanks to members like Cortez for fine tuning it.

Even better, its on the list for Black Friday.

I drove it for probably the last time today. Not because of the salt that comes along with the blizzard forecasted for tomorrow. But the old C4 is done. It’s slipping to bad to risk leaving the neighborhood. So its time to get started on the Explorer 5.0, 4R70W upgrade. I’ve already got the donor parts waiting for a rebuild. Looks like I’ll be busy this winter.;D

While looking at your Bronco pics and grill mods I think whatever you do will look really unique. The changes you are doing will give it a few imaginative differences and still maintain the original Bronco look. Ken

Sometimes "what I did to my Bronco today" consists of just coming to this site to get encouraging words from great Bronco buddies like Ken and Sprdv1 and Rydog and Sandmann and a BUNCH of other old horse junkies! Thanks Pardners!

Holy cow this thing is bright!

Added a 3rd reverse light. Ist pic is a night time shot of just the 2 lights in the stock location (LED's). I'll add a nite time shot
when it gets dark here. Strangely enough, this thing is designed in California, but also causes cancer there %)
Got it from Napa on sale for $22.99.

Yes, neon light causes cancer in california.

I installed 4 warflare flares, painted using hammertone black rustoleum paint/primer in one paint. Looks dark gunmetal grey to me but I like it.

BTW the $49 sheet metal cutter from harbor freight works really well for small sections of metal, no deformity.

Finally, another thing down, 1000 to go.

Hi,
Start adding chrome trim to hardtop and windshield.
Dont looking forward to add the last trim for both sides hardtop because the rubber seals are not slotted and needs to be changed.

But who know, maybe mount the rubber seals (glass and trim) is a walk in the park.

Removed the transmission, starter, bell housing, clutch assembly, and flywheel. Put the transmission and transfer case in storage. Looked at the floor/firewall to see if I could fix it a bit, and decoded my engine. 1968 302 from a Fairline or Torino early addition.

Finally pulled the trigger on Wild Horses tube doors. Just my opinion they look the best of all the options, but I live in SC and of course WH is in CA so shipping was killing me so I kept last minute not buying them.. They had a Cyber Monday deal that knocked off $75! on the doors, which essentially was nearly sort of free shipping ($116).

They have some really good holiday deals on their site right now, so if you have been on the fence on something... BTW, I am in no way affiliated with WH, I buy from all the vendors, hell half my truck is from Duffs and Jeffs. But a good deal is a good deal.

Thanks for the shout-out abn. And the compliment on the doors.

Guess I should show a bit of the tread pattern.....

Holy retro-cow Howard! I want a set!
I wonder how old they are? Is anyone still selling that great old pattern? Haven't seen one in awhile, but some companies pop up now and then with repros.
By the way, Broncos look awesome with that type of tire on them.;)
Cool wheels too.

Looks like some classic Jackman aluminum versions and some old Armstrong TruTracs with some updated siping.

Put a new rear brake hose on, dropped the oil pan to replace leaking gasket and check things out.
