Yes, they are. I haven't had a change to take the Bronco for a drive yet but sitting in them feel good. They are a huge upgrade to what I had so I'm sure we will be pleased. My wife complained everytime we went for a ride because the old seats were fixed back. It's a must to keep her happy because she hasn't voiced one complaint about the money I'm dumping into it.
Thank you, that's good to know and you're smart keeping the wife happy!

Tried to install a trac bar riser. Found that the bolt is almost completely welded. Going to be fun trying to break the top free…

Though I was done with the driver side fender, I was wrong as usual. I took it off around 8 years ago, and somehow forgot about it being dented at the front, I even had to fix the inner fender since the hit was so hard. As I got the the end of the top seam replacement, I saw the metal was dented/twisted and torn at the front curved seam where it meets the grill.

I welded up the seam and then worked the metal back into shape. Besides the crumpled seam, the metal was creased a little at the start of the bend down towards the grill. I think the thin metal helped out on fixing this, everything went back into shape easily. You can see the crease/bump in the below picture after straightening it.

Welds are ground down and it fits great! Passenger side is in much better shape, but I am going to work on other areas, like the rear and front axels for a while. Body/metal work is kicking my butt lately, need to change it up to keep motivated.

Installed new center caps on my 76 bronco slotted aluminum wheels and cut out the centers on the front to make them fit the hub . The front caps were closed in like the back short center cap in the back .Favorite machine shop in Tucson did the work I watched

That looks great with the centers cut out! I look at other wheels, but I always seem to come back to slots. I have 15" ones on mine, but thinking of going to a 17".

Got my backup lights wired to the AX15, trimmed my tailpipes to length for my chrome tips, and installed my throttle cable and choke cable. Need to install the throttle pedal bracket to get cable hooked up but cable is in and ready. Picked up some wall art off fb marketplace here local for the shop and gathered up some spare headlights and turn signal assemblies to finish it up. I need a set of headlight bucket if anyone has an old rusty set to donate to my project. IMG_20221201_164546966.jpg IMG_20221201_171147037.jpg IMG_20221130_191241768.jpg IMG_20221130_190138524.jpg

I'm reaching out to other shops in my area for the body restoration. The current shop is already 11 months overdue for taking on my project. I'm moving along nicely with the drive train. So the body work needs to begin.
