@Jwredneck I hope you dont mind. This picture is amazing! I edited it a little. I wish i could edit out the white car in the background and LED light coming off the roofline. Love this picture and as previously posted, Calendar shot!
I'll get another shot when the sun is out. This is a barn at our city hall and is only a block from my house.

Made a little progress on the a/c install. Gonna need to run the smaller ford pwr steering pump. The big Thompson pump just won’t clear.

I replaced the chrome cap on my main fuel tank today.
I left it at the gas station, next to the pump. Went back, but someone had either tossed it or taken it. It'd only been a couple of hours. The staff said no one turned it in to their lost and found box.
Couldn't remember which style it was, deep or shallow reach, but at $8 apiece, I just bought one of each. It was the deep style.
Didn't think about taking pics. I suppose someone will want before and after pics to show how I did it...😂

Looks nice and clean. Any concern of the friction point being inconsistent with the slave mounted to the chassis and not the trans?
Thought about that. The slave did'nt come with a heim joint. I mounted the heim end with a 7/16"' spacer to give it more "float". Also drilled the clutch fork hole to 1/2" for any misalignment that may happen due to flex of the engine/trans mounts. Hopefully that'll work but going to have to wait and see.

Are you going to patch/weld any left over holes in the firewall or simply plug with a grommet? Just getting ideas, while I'm rewiring and trying to clean up under the dash.

The unit im using utilizes most of the original holes. The small left over holes will just get a simple patch. Heater core still uses the lower holes. 2 more 7/8” holes are needed for the refrigerant lines. This truck is a driver and has 53 years of patina so my brother just wants it to be comfortable. I am insulating everything I can to help keep the cool in and the hot out. The fresh air intake will be removed on both sides and blocked off.

Thank you for the info. I doubt I'll put AC on mine in the future, but I do want to insulate and waterproof (as much as a Bronco would allow 😅 ) and I have a few unused holes in the firewall.

Finally got the air box, heater hoses and refrigerant lines complete behind the dash. Installed the bulk head fittings as well. Waiting on a new late model power steering pump so I can finish up the compressor install.

use the stock length rod? had to order a 26" due to my integrated body mount/lift....looks good!! aod?
The kit came with a rod, I had to cut about an inch off. I think it was designed to work with a 3" body lift. I also put a slight bend in it for batter alignment. Yep aod.
