They said their all backed up due to no one wanting to work....go figure. They have 9 shafts in line and couldn't tell me where mine was due to "the man" being at lunch. I'm going back over there Monday to get a more definite answer. I didn't think about parts not being available. Might be a factor.

Yes and no on the ride height and pinion angle. Kind of "winging it" on the angles. Engine and trans are at the same angle as before the swap and can lower the trans some if needed. I'm running double cardan joints on front and rear and have shims in the rear. The angles did increase due to the 4 inches of additional length of the trans and adapter. Hoping I can compensate if needed.

How much lift are you at? (approximately...)

Oops, I see 2.5 SL in your sig line. You will definitely need CV front and rear.

Glad to hear you have the spring shims. Having a bad rear pinion angle can change the length of the driveshaft a lot!
Since you have double-cardan joints however, the only angle that matters (up to a certain point) is the rear pinion angle in relation to the shaft. The only time any other angles matter is when you start getting near their limits of travel. Then all angles matter!

But that's usually only for those with taller lifts (more than 4") and extra long transmissions causing the rear shaft to be so short the angles get extreme. Your 4" change is quite a bit, but it does not sound extreme. But the proof is in the installation. Let us know how that goes.

A MONTH!!! Let's think about this. $150 for the service. That's $75 for the work, and $75 profit. That means it's about 1/2 hour of labor. So you are waiting a month for a 1/2 hour of labor. bummer.
Oh it sucks for sure. I was expecting 2 weeks. Now I've made my bed so.....just got to wait it out. Everything is complete just waiting......

I also clocked the t-case up one notch on the AA adapter which lowered the rear t-case yoke. First drive will expose all the issues with my work for sure

Picked up the shafts today. They look great and even better installed. Now I need to put the shifter on and see if she moves.....

If you order directly from woodys it’s 329 shipping and tax included

I had both of mine custom made by woodys, had clearance issues on the front drive shaft with the bc bracket
I'm in the middle of putting in a M5OD with D20 t-case. Using the BC Bronco ZF kit and I'm also having the same front driveshaft clearance issue with BC transmission cross member. How'd you solve the problem?
