    Calling all U13 owners!

This is neat stuff guys! It amazes me that 20 years ago hardly anyone heard of a roadster bronco, let alone what U13 meant! So far, I have 25 documented vins with owner names and state location for the 1968 roadsters. I have at least another six on a list to follow up on to verify as well.

    Calling all U13 owners!

So what that means are roadsters with hard doors and glass inside. Just like our regular hard door broncos. But I've seen and was contacted by a gentleman from Spain with a roadster in his collection that has hard doors, no glass, no frames. https://roadsteru13.com/members/franciscovidal/...

    Bronco prices are still shocking!

I agree. I've noticed this too! Absolutely EVERYTHING is over priced and inflated! Just wait, there is a storm on the way. I've heard from a few that this decade of the 20's is head down a dark path. That times are going to be rough for years to come before it gets better! It all sucks.

    1966 u13 roadster help

Been reading this massive thread here. Want to give my two cents worth of info. I've been in the '66 geek mode for 20+ years now and majority of the ones in my garage are '66s: 1. I truly believe the Budd bodies were manufactured through 1967. Even though many of us associated the eyebrow...

    1966 u13 roadster help

Because Ford did not give a rip about the bronco back then! It always took a backseat to the mustang and was not respected like it is today. If you think about it - did not sell nearly as well as the mustang or the f-series trucks! And did not have the nostalgia like the t-bird. The bronco...

One part of our hobby that sickens me

That's it! But not sold off. Probably marked as sold to make it look good. It is the bronco that is cut and lifted now for $125k. Even after seeing all the goods attached to the bronco, the chrome nos rearview mirror attached to the windshield is the key confirmation piece for me. Hard to...

One part of our hobby that sickens me

These are the last pics. Many others including how original and in need of a restoration back then, but unfortunately on an old computer I can no longer post pictures from. Btw, the selling price three years ago was a drop in the bucket compared to today's asking price!

One part of our hobby that sickens me

It's interesting to see everyone's take on the latest development of the '66 bronco I created to stock historical perfection a few years ago. Originally, I purchased the Wyoming $500 junkyard dog as a parts rig. Seeing the unsalted condition of the body and frame, decided to restore to her...

1966 U13 Roadster Build Thread (Up Minnesoty Way)

The soft top does not look original. The side windows are larger and there is a seam at rear of the window that is not found on originals.
