Walbro GSS 307 pump has plenty of capacity for your application. The difference in pressure is not enough to make much difference in fuel flow.

Check the inline filter after the pump to see if it is clogged first. Pull the pump and check the inlet filter. Also the hose on the outlet end of the pump. Also check the tank for weld flash. Tiny beads of steel from welding on the tank'. It can pass thru an inline filter and ruin the pump.

Depends on how much you trust the rebuilder. A gasket costs nothing if it makes you feel better.

Mine is currently in use with the 2" body lift and the tulip joint and has been for sometime long before I bought it in fact. It seems to work fine I just think the angle is too much for that style joint. I think that as long as I am going to change the box I should change the joint. I am on a...
