I have a 67 too. I just had the seat redone to factory. They are identical to a 67 mustang. The seams run side to side not up and down. The vynil is called basket weave. It's stock for the 67, same as mustang. Also, the arm rest is from the mustang. One side was shot. I found a red one...

I've done this. I painted both my door inserts and my arm rests. Just make sure you use the surface prep first. This prepars the surface for the vinyl. I works really well. Looks brand new.

I invested in a digital camera. Take lots of pictures! You think you will remember what it looked like or how it goes together... a year or more later and you won't. Pop the disk in the ole computer... and there you go. Good Luck, Paul

My rockers were ticking too. Although it seemed only to do it when the RPM were elevated like at highway speeds. Finally I took off the oil pan. The intake screen was 90% blocked with sludge and the pan had an inch of god awful stuff in the bottom. I guess the result from previous owner and...
