351W EFI, Explorer heater tube and bypass hose part question

In working on my Explorer serpentine and 351W EFI conversion, I discovered that the motorcraft thermostat bypass hose is to short and I now realize that it is designed for the 5.0 explorer and not the taller 351W.

So, what thermostat bypass and heater tube to water pump hoses are used for the 351W to Explorer water pump. I have the Explorer heater tube. Brand and part numbers would be appreciated. Trying to finish up the Explorer serpentine conversion and my 351W EFI.

Thanks in advance.

Howdy. what lower intake are you using? I'm using lightning lower and bought the hose for that year F150. I have it up in the shop and can get a part number for you tomorrow

Most of the ones I've bought over the years for 302's had to be cut down because they were too long in both dimensions. Likely so that they could use one part number for both engines I would think.
Surprised yours was too short (first time I've heard that complaint I think) but ordering one specifically for a 5.8 like Hank said would, I would think anyway, do the trick.

I am using the Lightening lower intake. Yes, first time I have had a bypass hose too short, most of the time the bypass has had to be cut down. Thanks guys!

I ran up to the shop this am and grabbed the box with the tubes in it. from the Exploder i have Motorcraft KM-1935 (F1SZ-8597-A Ford part number)

Ford the 351W i have Dayco part number 70646

i have only dry fit the Dayco. it wasnt perfect but it would do the job.

i cant post pics from my phone via tapatalk, but you can PM me an email or phone # to text to. i snapped a comparison pic.
