No measurements but here's a pic on 33's. I also have cage arms, some say these add a little lift. Not sure.

And here's another but bad quality

cage/sexton leafs. Same kit. I believe it's an 8 pack.

Thanks, the front does look higher but i guess they need to settle in also.
