Progress: The '69 is back together...all the carnage from Big Dogs Ice Breaker all fixed. . Replaced busted ds axle knuckle including new ball joints, inner and outer axles, tie rod, drag link, brake hose and line, and front driveshaft.

First time I've ever seen the entire center section of the drive shaft end with the CV centering pin simply disappear. I guess the 408 vaporized it.%) That brings the total number of shafts and axles that the 408 has eaten to 12.

Back to work on the '76..the list is getting shorter finally.

The weekend wasn't kind to my broncos. The trail rig went into the garage for some simple oil leak repairs, which resulted in stripped threads in the oil pan. So it sits with no oil while we order a Mustang pan for it. Took the blue one out for a quick drive on Sunday (went to Scoop's house), got home, stopped in front of the house and the lower radiator hose blew off and all the anitfreeze went straight to the gutter and storm drain. Of course that means the engine compartment is now soaked with antifreeze too. Hopefully it was due to the hose not being tight and not some other hidden issue.

Anyway - lets get these rigs together guys, we only have 3 weeks to the Roundup!!!
