Will the heads fit stock manifolds?

No, The gt40P heads require aftermarket headers (or explorer manifolds) to fit - as far as I know. I've not seen P heads with stock exhaust manifolds. Intake manifold will work fine

Attached pics. The bottom hole where it goes over the stock trac bar stud got a little wallowed removing the weld but once you weld it on it'll work fine.
