Completed Explorer Serp. Conversion - Holy Fan Batman! That sucker moves some air.
New TBP 23 gallon Tank
New Fuel Lines, etc.
New Edelbrock AVS2 Carb.

Now I have to get the Air Cleaner switched out and clean up the engine bay a little.

Not to the Bronco, but for it, bought a 4" Dewalt angle grinder for future work.

Welded in the driver's side kick panel last night. I've got one more patch to make before paint. Next up is door hinge pin replacement. Yay!

Started on the driver side floor pan. Iv'e done a few floor pans over the years on different vehicles but this one is a bit more challenging. The previous owner has welded 16 gauge over top the the old rusty original and lathered on in some places 1/4" body filler to seal it up. I'm trying to save around the perimeter where the spot welds hold the original one in. The spot welds on the cross member are covered so I had to cut it out from the bottom then finesse them both off with a air chisel, die grinder, air saw. Should test fit the TBP floor pan today.

Care to share which part number upper radiator hoses you used? And what you used to splice them together?
It's a very clean install and looks like what a lot of others could use.

Thanks!

Paul

Paul,

I used the "kit" from BC Broncos for the Bottom hoses. Part 12-24200 - worked out good.
The top hose was also a BCB part# 12-33100, but ended up only using the 90 degree part of the hose, spliced it to a 97-08 Pontiac Grand Am Hose (I'm 95% sure) with a plastic hose coupler from O'Reillys or Autozone?. I believe they are sold as a radiator repair kit. Sorry, I purchased a lot of the parts in advance and can't seem to find all the receipts.
