Started to sand down an old hood to replace the one that got dented. Got alot of it done but now I need to work on the edges and vents. Next step is to go buy sand paper.

Finished cutting out the rear wheel wells and started fitting the new ones and filler extentions. Then tried to clean the garage, I had rust and grinding dust everywhere.

oh yea, there were no less than 6 5.0 explorers/mounaineers at the pic-n-pull and 4 still had the intake and heads.

After a fun day on the rocks, I fixed a rear spring hanger, still have to replace the other one and I am STILL waiting for the vendor to ship my other front spring hanger, that was supposed to be in stock...:mad:

Yeah, for some reason those seem to be the most wrecked in the snow around here. I got the whole vehicle off craigslist for $600 and there are 3 or 4 others for sale. I found 3 at a u-pull it yard a couple weeks ago and only 1 still had the heads. Had being the operative word.;D The mustang guys all seem to get to them first.

covered my driver seat best i could, getting hammered with rain! it's under a car port, but don't help with VERTICAL rain.....

Re-built a longer rear drive shaft for it last night. My new rear springs should be here today.;D

my wiring nightmare is over! (at least what i did) everything works better than ever. Now if i could only get my valve covers back to be able to fire it up....

took the hard top off, and placed the new soft top on ... :) just getting it in place, roll-cage hopefully gets installed this week as well...

After trying several different methods of removing the u-joints from the driveshafts, I decided to cut them out. It worked, but I also caught myself on fire! It was one of those "what's that smell... oh shit!' moments.
