BTW on a technical note, my starter was not bad, nor the soleniod, nor the battery, nor the positive battery cable. The culprit was the negative battery cable%) The cable had corroded under the little clamp plate that hold the cable to the terminal and the terminal was cracked. Changed out the terminal, cut 1'' off the cable to get rid of the corroded wire and hooked it all back up, hit the switch and it turned over like normal. Of course it was after I had pulled the PS header, dropped the starter and had it tested, changed the solenoid again, made a new positive battery cable and retested the battery and then put everything back together again, that I found the problem. Then it ran out of gas while I was trying to get it off the trailer....

Gunny has been pressure washed but is no where near clean yet. I bet there's 9lbs of sand inside the truck. But the rest of the cleaning will take place tommorow. I'm exhausted and I'm going to bed.

I did the pressure wash today too. Not sure the inside will happen tomorrow. I like to wait until it is completely dry, then vacuum it.

All of the kid passengers we had through the day were a pleasure as well. I know they had a great time.

I had to charge mine to get it off of the trailer. Battery is on the Christmas wish list.

I still haven't unpacked the car. We slept about 1/2 of the day sunday catchin up. man it sure feels good to be warm again. Got me inspired to get my bronco back together. Unfortunately, it also got me thinking that 3.5" and 35"s again...

Ethansdad, how the hell did I miss you on Saturday? Did I see you and Ethan and it not compute? I had those glass packs for you and brought them back home with me.

totally forgot about the glasspacks, and the funny thing is i was stand right there next you while Rob was talking to you about your ground issue, I was heading out and the others were ready. I had to get ethan in a bath and warmed up and cleaned up before bed.

gives me an excuse to come and get them the next time i am out your way... or we could go back out once my truck is lifted next week

Hey who truck is the brown one on 38s and the balie front bumper and beadlocks?

That one is JWs truck. I think he said he had 4 hours of run time on his motor prior to the event!!! He was fighting an idle issue most of the weekend but other than that I don't think he had any major issues. That is one beautiful and well built rig!!

How long does it take get all that mud wash off thoes rigs

About 20 minutes with a pressure washer took care of the majority of the heavy caked on stuff on mine but I'll be finding mub on mine for weeks. I still have to do some more hosing off and wash it plus clean the inside out. Just the inside will take about 1-2 hours to get all the sand out of it. I have about a 1/2 inch of dried mud on just the drivers side floorboard alone.

Mine is all clean and put away. I did spend a bit of time under it with a hose and a swim mask on.
